When working one-on-one with women we start with a thorough assessment of your current health and lifestyle in order to best understand where you need support.
I then take you through my proven protocol using a very personalized approach to your specific health goals that includes diet, lifestyle, and herbal recommendations. If needed I will also recommend specific lab work that will give us the most complete picture possible. We connect every week via zoom, and you will receive extra support, recipes, meal plans, and journaling prompts as necessary.
By working one-on-one with me you will:
